Ratrilpot is an island kingdom that is shaped like a teapot and that is located in the Sugonian Seas. The first Ratrilpot story, Mother Knows Best, was published in AlienSkin Magazine in 2005. 15 other stories were published in other online markets over the course of the next 10 years. In 2016, John collected all of these tales and several unpublished tales into a short story collection titled: Talt Tales and Magical Misadventures.
